Cocktail ingredients

  • 80ml oinomelo
  • 40ml oakheart spiced rum
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml homemade ginger syrup
  • 10ml homemade cinnamon syrup
  • 2 dash aztec chocolate bitters
  • Burnt cinnamon powder
  • 12ml egg whites

Concoction Description

After adding all the ingredients into the shaker, we shake without ice. Afterwards, we open the shaker, add ice, and shake well. We strain into the wine glass and add whole ice cubes. We add 2 dashes of Aztec chocolate bitters on top, burn a cinnamon stick and submerge the half of it in the cocktail. Garnish with burnt cinnamon powder and a spearmint leaf!
